I am an environmental historian, writer and hydrologist with more than 30 years of education and experience in water resources and communications. I have researched and written widely on environmental issues in the Rocky Mountain West, served on the board of directors of one of western Colorado’s largest irrigation companies, and was executive director of a watershed protection association. I also owned and operated a nursery and irrigated farm.
